My family needed 24-hour in-home care for my grandmother. We were all a bit hesitant and scared about bringing a stranger into her home. She wasn't mentally capable of really understanding what was happening either. But all of the caretakers we got from Carelife were great and super attentive. We were assigned two regular caretakers (Marilou and Avelina) who took care of my grandma as though she were a member of their own family. Both were there with us through the holidays and until the final days of my grandma's life. My family are all so grateful for Carelife during one of the most difficult times of our lives.

To have a loved one in a lockdowned facility without the care and visits from their family is very difficult and heartbreaking. We were fortunate enough to have a family friend refer Catelife Home Care to us, which she was using. We were able to have our family member cared for by their wonderful caregivers the last few weeks of her life, then the night she passed away. I was only able to talk to them on the phone but they were so caring, patient and kind. I felt so comfortable having them there with my Aunt! We have been using Carelife Home Care services for several years so that my father can live in his home. Carelife provides culturally sensitive caregivers to help us with our personal needs for my father. Excellent customer service and truly concerned about the needs of those they assist with care. Talk to them, you will not be disappointed!
