Thank you so much for a great experience. I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dermatologist. I will be back for my yearly checkups.

I've had a pleasant experience here for my daughter. The staff form the front desk to the nurses and the PAs have all been very kind and helpful. The PA Melissa was great, but she recently moved and we saw Krishna who was also exceptional. She was so patient and kind with my daughter and made her feel comfortable! Would highly recommend!

Really hard to reach anyone by phone. Now there’s this AI call assistant which isn’t helpful if you have a very specific request and otherwise I always end up on their voice mail.

The experience was so disappointing that I have to give it a 1-star rating - and that one star is for the nurse and office staff. My daughter went in for a follow-up, but the doctor didn’t really examine her skin. She gave only brief responses to our concerns and didn’t ask if we had any questions. We were in and out in less than five minutes.
On a positive note, the nurse and office staff were helpful.

I had an appointment with Julia Kwan. My PCP sent me to a dermatologist because of a skin tag that has been getting irritated. He said that insurance doesn't cover removal of skin tags for cosmetic reasons, but it should be covered since it was getting irritated often. Dr. Kwan said it doesn't look that irritated right now so I'm not going to request for your insurance to cover it if you have it removed. It seems like she's out there to help keep costs down for insurance companies and not to help her patients.

I was seen by Dr Kwan and she prescribed a medication that wasn't covered. Now almost a month later they're still "working" on an authorization. The insurance said they never received any authorization request from the doctor's office. Horrible service and they don't return any calls. I've a follow-up appointment but what's to follow-up if i can't even start on the medication? Also, this office tends to overbook appointments so when the doctor comes in she's in a rush to get out that she talks so fast that it's hard to get a word in and there's an assistant in the room the whole time so it feels awkward.

Dr. Melissa is incredible kind and helpful. I recently discovered some areas of concern and she helped put me at such ease.

Wonderful experience! The dermatologist who took care of me was really nice and sweet, and knowledgeable!
