I agree with the other reviews. They are rude and disrespectful ...I had a 2PM appt. they called me and told me it was 1:45pm ok...arrive early. when I got there the suite 350 the door was locked and I couldn't get in. Can you imagine that?!!! I spent 10 to 15 minutes going up and down the elevator trying to verify I was in the right place. I tried 3 times to yank on the door to get it open...it remained locked. I looked up and down the corridor to see if there was an alternate entrance. looked on the suite front door to check for alternate instructions for entry? there were non. I also looked to see if there was a camera, didn't see one but I waved up and down the corridor...read full review

Located off Skypark Dr. in Torrance. They moved from the Lomita Bl location. Came here for my phlebotomy since I was denied twice from the Red Cross due to high pulse rate and high hemoglobin. This building is nice. Parking can be tough at times depending on the time and day it does get pretty full. My specialist works out of this office from time to time but I go see him at the El Segundo location. I now will come here for my phlebotomy's since the other location I would have to deal with the 405 traffic. Also parking here is paid where as the other location you have to validate your ticket and if you go over you have to pay to get out. The staff here were all nice and friendly. My overall experience was good.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Worse experience ever from a medical office! Lady in the front desk is so rude and unprofessional. How can you work in the medical field with such a nasty attitude? I canceled my appointment and walked out. Don’t waste your time coming here.
