Located off Skypark Dr. in Torrance. They moved from the Lomita Bl location. Came here for my phlebotomy since I was denied twice from the Red Cross due to high pulse rate and high hemoglobin. This building is nice. Parking can be tough at times depending on the time and day it does get pretty full. My specialist works out of this office from time to time but I go see him at the El Segundo location. I now will come here for my phlebotomy's since the other location I would have to deal with the 405 traffic. Also parking here is paid where as the other location you have to validate your ticket and if you go over you have to pay to get out. The staff here were all nice and friendly. My overall experience was good.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Worse experience ever from a medical office! Lady in the front desk is so rude and unprofessional. How can you work in the medical field with such a nasty attitude? I canceled my appointment and walked out. Don’t waste your time coming here.

This office is very rude and unprofessional. They use antiquated billing/ eligibility systems where they do NOT have access to current medical insurance information. They insisted I pay $70 as a Co-Pay I advised them I have PPO Insurance I do not have Co-Pays. The Correct Language was $70 requested towards my Deductible when it has already been met in full for 2022. I asked to be billed the Billing person rudely told me "We do not bill" It would be impossible for us to keep track of patients and payments. In 2022 I get bills from multiple providers "After" my insurance has paid the Provider. Rude Rude Rude! This office uses an on-line Portal that you cannot initiate 2-way...read full review
