Today I needed an emergency order of 132" linens for an event. Of course, it's a Saturday AND a holiday weekend which meant the chances of fulfilling any order was slim, slim, slim. Bright Event Rentals was the exception though! The rep, Viri, answered immediately, had the inventory we needed, and got the order ready for us to pickup in less than 15 minutes! Viri was prompt, kind, and personally helped get the linens into our Uber driver's car so he could get on the road quickly. Amazing and relieving experience with Viri and Bright Rentals. Thank you endlessly!
I worked with Hugo who was incredibly helpful and patient! He guided me through the website while we spoke, making it an easy and convenient experience. We went back and forth a few times, which I was so grateful for -- my order shifted quite a bit, and he was there helping me every step of the way. I recommend using Bright for all your event rental needs... be sure to ask for Hugo!
I used Bright to do ceiling lighting and draping in my reception room for my wedding and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.I tried many vendors closer to my location first, but none of them were responsive. Communicating with Jasmine from Bright was like a breath of fresh air. She replied promptly to every email I sent and kept me updated on install time/tear down time and any other changes. My venue was not very responsive, but Jasmine did such an amazing job continuously following up to ensure she had the information she needed to send her team out to do the job.
