Just took my 2017 328D in for an oil change, DEF, air filter and standard scope service that was hundreds of dollars less than the dealer. The car runs very well now, better than it did when it was serviced at the dealer. Joseph is the best. He’s very honest, friendly and doesn’t push any upsells the dealers tend to do. I look forward to having Joseph service my car next time
Needed to get a smog test at a star certification station. I called ahead of going and they said they could accommodate me immediately. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. They were polite, proficient, and professional. I went back immediately afterwards to smog my daughter's car.
Great customer service, very reliable and honest mechanic.I did a lot of shopping around, it’s very hard to find a honest mechanic that’s not trying to get you for your money. Same day fast service. Had a problem with my sunroof and went out his way to help me out with that and fix it. I was very satisfied with the service of my BMW,,THANK YOU!!!!!!
