We had a great experience from start to finish. The support provided not only during the initial purchase but also afterward was truly appreciated. It’s not always common to see this level of responsiveness once a sale is complete.

Vlada was especially helpful—responsive, accommodating, and proactive in addressing requested modifications, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I was honestly bracing myself for a headache since most remodels seem to go over schedule, but these guys were a breath of fresh air. They actually hit their install date right on the money, which was a huge relief. The quality is just... wow. You can see the craftsmanship in how perfectly the doors line up and the smooth finish—they clearly didn’t take any shortcuts. My wife, Tanechka, is absolutely over the moon with the new look. They kept us updated the whole time so we weren't left guessing. If you want someone who actually takes pride in their woodwork and respects your time, this is the shop.
