Brought my dog Jake, who was diagnosed with kidney disease earlier this year, for his follow-up. I really like the appointment-only setup now — it makes visits so much less stressful. I’ve been coming here for over 30 years and have always trusted Dr. Rios with my dogs and cat. The front desk staff are always friendly and professional. I truly feel my pets get the best care here.

I was able to get an appointment within an hour which was great for my Yorkie and such a relief to me. She was seen and thoroughly checked for her vomiting issue. The dr. provided her with everything she needed and did everything she could to help my doggie. When we left I felt confident that my doggie was going to be ok (and she was). So happy Bay Cities was there!
