Great office in Torrance. Front desk was very friendly and efficient, staff overall very friendly and efficient as well. Dr. Cheng was knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time addressing my concerns. She was in no rush and paid close attention. Very satisfied with the visit.

excellent treatment

I was very disappointed with this office.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Amber Kyle by phone and asked about the cost of the consultation. The receptionist informed me that the fee would be $120. My appointment was scheduled for 2:50 PM, and I arrived at 2:16 PM. However, I was not called into the office until 3:10 PM and was not seen by the doctor until 3:16 PM.

When I went to pay, the receptionist told me that the charge was actually $172 because the appointment had taken longer than expected. I do not understand how that could be my responsibility, especially since the delay was on the office’s side.

I questioned the charge over the phone and was left waiting. Later, my daughter called the office and was told that the consultation fee had changed. They agreed to honor the original $120 price, but I never received an apology for the inconvenience or any acknowledgment that the situation had been handled improperly.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a place that is not transparent and honest with its patients.

Dr Kyle is extremely thorough. Her staff is friendly and efficient, especially Linda. She truly cares and I trust her 100%.

Dr Chang is soo accomodating. Staff were awesome.

Dr Kyle takes care of me with excellence.

The service from Dr. Cheng was awesome, I did recommend to my co-workers and they have seen her as well

Dr Kyle was very thorough. She answered all my questions. And set up follow up for next year.
The office staff is very welcoming and professional.
