Aerotek is a staffing agency that provides helpful and attentive service from recruitment through payroll management. Recruiters are communicative, kind, and supportive, keeping applicants updated and forwarding resumes to different jobs. They show great attention to detail and completely support employees. Many report positive experiences, with recruiters being helpful and on every step of the process, leading to interviews and job placements. The agency can be a great company with good benefits and is noted for helping employees gain valuable experience and wage growth. However, some note a communication issue, particularly in pandemic times, where agents can sometimes be unresponsive via phone or email and information is not always timely. It is acknowledged that agents may be overburdened. Aerotek is a middle man for employers, and applicants apply to jobs on the agency's job board. They are allowed to tell their agent if they do not feel comfortable with a client. If the communication issue is addressed, many would recommend them 100% of the time.
I applied to this agency last week and got a respond quick. My recruiter was Erick, he was so helpful. He was on every step of the process and he kept me up to date with jobs and forwarded my resume to different jobs. Thanks to Erick I got 2 interviews with the same company and I got hired directly at the company where I had my 2 interviews. That company reached out and gave me my start date, I'll be starting very soon. If youre looking for work I highly recommend to apply with aerotek and if you get Erick as your recruiter you're in good hands. Thank you so much for your help Erick I really appreciate it.
The human resources; recruiters, along with the payroll management are incredibly helpful and attentive. They show great attention to detail and completely support you from recruitment to any other problems that come along as an Aerotek employee.
Out of the two temp agencies I've worked for, Aerotek was by far the better of the two. I'm currently on my 2nd assignment from them, and I have to give a shout out to Farrell Pompa for preparing me and pushing me into my first assignment despite my concerns of being under-qualified. That first assignment gave me a lot of experience I needed to quickly develop myself and my skills, and in two years alone, I've jumped from $16/hr to $20/hr, and the new position is actually less intensive.That being said, I am taking 1 star off as it seems as if Aerotek is not navigating pandemic times very well, as my newest agent (not Farrell, but I don't want to call them out, I can...read full review
