Beware of this company's billing practices. I paid a bill for $190 because they said it was denied by my insurance. Once I paid it, they sent a bunch of small charges that dated back almost a year. I called the insurance company and they said they paid them all including the one that I paid and there is zero patient responsibility because they are in-network. I would say stay away from them but they are contracted by the hospital so I guess the next step is to contact the hospital and tell them how crooked this company is.

If I can give this company zero “0” star that will be my answer.
My insurance already paid them the portion on 9/18/24, this Company says they did not receive anything. They keep creating new case number for them to investigate but it’s still pending till today 11/25/24. Extremely poor Customer Service.

I never got service from this place but they sent me a bill for $85.04. I paid my hospital for an MRI service that was NOT at this terrible location and these idiots are sending ME a bill.

I’m not paying it and I will contact my hospital, insurance and this place for a wrongful debt that I DO NOT OWE because I HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE IN MY LIFE
