Disappointed at every level. Alarm will not shut off. The unit is defective. Ongoing issue not resolved. Service tech canceled at the end of the 4 hour window. This is not the first time I have had a last minute cancelation.Patrol service is a gimmick. The camera's installed by ADT proved they had not come even one time in over 2 months, although I had been paying for 3 times daily drive by surveillance.The 2 stars is because their customer service department located in another State is well trained in de-escalating situations, which makes me realize this must be common place.

The absolute worst company to deal with. Terrible service and horrific management to many false alarms and when I tried to cancel service it was damn near impossible!! Steer clear from this company no lie...

Doorbell stopped working. Tech came out found out a wire in my home was damaged. I got it fixed. Found out the doorbell I have is not used anymore, had to get it ordered. So far 3 Techs have come out and each one does not have thus doorbell on them at the appointment. Each one says in the notes it did not say to pick the doorbell up at this office. I'm so frustrated with this service. I've left work early to be available for these appointments. So I've had no doorbell since mid September. I'm considering canceling service.
