I had a great experience at Equity Eye Group. The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive from start to finish. Dr. Quach was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The office was clean, organized, and ran efficiently. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend Equity Eye Group to anyone looking for quality eye.
Both Dr.Q and the Optician, Sergio provided such warm authentic care. They made me feel seen and heard with all of my concerns. I'm definitely returning here for my future eye care.
Even though they, the staff were busy and ran a bit behind, they were still efficient, professional, polite and courteous. I can totally appreciate that in all that we see happening everywhere today. So there’s nothing to complain about ???
