A 5 Star rating isn't enough for this amazing skilled salon! The owner Kimberly has excellent hair cut skills & techniques. No matter if scissors or razor, she nailed any request and makes a certain idea of a style my own style & look. That alone is though to find in LA! I like short hair styles and I haven't found a really good stylist who can cut nice modern feminine hair cuts that really look great! Until I found Kimberly and Paul Donnell Salon in Toluca Lake! After moving to LA, I struggled to find a salon and stylist who could provide the results I wanted without spending all day and my entire bank account there. I happened to walk by Paul Donnell salon and reached out to Kimberly, the owner. First, I'll say Kimberly has incredible skill, is quick but does not rush the process or you, and is reasonably priced for the quality of her work. She's also simply a lovely person. She doesn't make me feel self conscious about what styles or color I want or any poor coloring choices I've made in the past.
