I have been working with Emma for a year and she is great! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to get craniosacral therapy. Whenever I complete a session next day I feel way lighter and full of joy.
Where do I even begin. Emma has helped my nervous system, my pregnancy, my marriage, my health, my son's health through my regulation. I've experienced a lot of health trauma in my life and after finding physical recovery from it, I struggled with CPTSD. The trauma was stuck in my tissues and nervous system that it was challenging for me to even function daily...until I started cranial sacral with Emma.
