We met with Mike somewhat over a year ago to discuss a total renovation of our home in The Springs in Rancho Mirage. Our comfort with him and the discussions we had led to a scope of work and budget from which we decided to move forward on the rebuild.

As with most renos of older homes, various surprises arose and our budget soon became underwater - no fault of So-Cal but more work and change orders than anticipated.

Brandon and his team of subbies were on top of the changes and facilitated the execution of all new amendments or ideas. He was great to work with always looking to make things easy for us.

I worked with SoCal builders on a casita and restroom addition to my home. I first called in and spoke with Mike and Brandon who also did the site visit and bid the job. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, fair, and offered suggestions which made the overall finished result better than I had imagined. Justin was my project manager and always kept me in the loop as to when any workers or subs were going to be at my property. He also kept the project on track and on budget which was much appreciated. I am extremely happy with the final product and would recommend So-Cal Builders to anyone looking for remodels, add-ons, or new construction.
