Koolfog has never disappointed us with their service. Although prices have gone up on equipment (which is out of their control) the service has always been great and amazingly quick. Can't say enough good this about this company.

Koolfog was absolutely excellent. They called me back at 7:30 Monday morning after I left a voicemail requesting service Sunday evening. Calvin was exceptional, quick, explanatory, and kind. There was no wasted time or unnecessary product pushing. 10/10

I’ve had the koolfog system for about 7 years and I get it serviced annually. Koolfog staff is excellent in following up and making sure everything works. Calvin has been out the last few years to my home and does a great job of servicing the system with a full and complete explanation.
