“This may be an unusual Five-Star Review but I think it's important to share honest, reliable, experienced professionals in the home maintenance arena. I had the gratifying experience of speaking with Todd Young, owner of Reliable Roofing, today and I was amazed at how kind, patient, and honest this man is. I had been told by the company that replaced the roof on my mobile home some four years ago, that I would need to have it resurfaced every two years at a cost of $250. When I called the company after two years, I was told the resurfacing was not necessary. I called again the following year and was given an estimate of $3,000, which astounded me. When I called and questioned the estimate, I was told that someone would get back to me. They never did and by then, I had lost faith in that company. I called Todd Young because some neighbors had attested to his expertise and reliability. When he heard my story, he actually went through the warranty that I had received from the original roofing company and he painstakingly explained why I did not need another resurfacing on the roof and the $3,000 estimate was just a scam. I was blessed to have made his acquaintance today. He actually told me to call him back if I needed any more information. I would encourage anyone seeking a roofer to consider Reliable Roofing. I can see why my neighbors recommended him so enthusiastically!“

“Great roofing company, asked Jose to come fix a leak I never noticed in my ceiling the morning after the SoCal hurricane. He was quick to come do an inspection and had given a very competitive quote (other companies were quoting too high for such a simple job). Nonetheless him and his crew did a great job fixing up my roof and If I have a issues while tiles or consider investing in solar panels I will definitely be giving Diaz Roofing Co another call for his services, thank you Jose Socorro!!!“

“We hired DC&M builders to do an extensive master bathroom remodel.Project involved removinging two huge corner windows, enclosing the area and adding smaller opening windows, walk in shower, new custom size vanity and flooring.Mike was the original project manager, project got started, then the delays....We opted to use Onix shower enclosure which is a custom sized and made on order. Once the order is place, it takes 4 to 6 weeks for those parts to arrive. Custom vanity also had to be ordered, which again took 4 -6 weeks after the final measurements were available.Sergio and crew did an awesome job in demoing and enclosing that corner of the house, so that AC did not have to work excessively hard to keep the house comfortable.Unfortunatel in the middle of the project, Mike was no where to be seen or heard from.... No information was coming form the main office... Sergio did not have much information either. They kep doing small bits of work, a few hours at a time, them be absent for a few days.... seemed like no end in sight.Finally, we were informed that there was a new project manager, KC. We were relieved when we met him, and he laid out the steps towards the completion of the entire project.Things started moving along... and after 6 months our master bath remodel was completed.Thanks to KC, Sergio, Mike for initial help in design, Turbo Glass for the shower glass work (even though they had to replace the glass door due to flec in the shower door), and most excellent wood working company (whose name I don't remember - regretfully)....The only reason for four stars is due to delays and lack of communications during the time of their absence from our project.“
