This company is a great company. Our hoa used them to replace our roofs. I had a couple of issues with my awnings and specifically the sun and wind controllers. I letmy Hoa know and they forwarded my email to the company. Ill be honest , I wondered how long it would take for Roof asset management to respond, and to my amazement , Zane responded the very next business day. We discussed my issues, and I told him I had already contacted my awning guy to come out and check it out. I have used Roof Asset Management on all my commercial buildings. They are always competitive price wise and do a good job. I always deal with Zane or Rob, they are very knowledgeable on all aspects of roofing.
