After more than 12 months of emails and phone calls, I am accepting the fact that Miguel and his crew will not honor the maintenance warranty for the foam bonding on my roof. So disappointed with their customer service and unresponsive level of correspondence, especially when I have 6 years left on my warranty. If you desire professionalism, honesty and a job well executed the first time, avoid this company.Service: Roof installation

So disappointed with their customer service and lack of follow through, especially when I have 6 years left on my warranty. If you desire professionalism and integrity, then avoid this company. Making endless (futile) phone calls to Celina, to have no one show up is a waste of time.

Some good some bad. I suggest being very careful if you have them do your roof. They did great work on repairing certain portions others were uneven and water-puddled instead of running off. I have the guarantee and at one point Miguel said he would take care of the problem but was never reachable again. I decided to put up solar panels and the solar company couldn't reach him either to discuss who would put up the mounts. Completely MIA. So caution
