After a late start (horrible traffic that day), our installer was as nice as could be. He apologized for the lateness, but had actually come up from Orange County to Carpinteria on his day off to make sure we got our window tint done on the day promised. Also they threw in some extras for free as a thank you for our understanding. How's that for wanting to make sure the customer is happy?! Our installer was fast, an obvious expert, careful about our things when moving and covering them, and accommodating at every turn.
