I have been there since 2015 . They have always gave me great healthcare. Dr. Adam Cavellero is a very good doctor. My cardiologist is okay however he is not very informative. Overall I trust UCLA healthcare with my current condition. Most of the staff are very nice and professional. I also have a gastroenterologist and lung doctor at the Hampshire Rd location in Thousand Oaks. They are both very nice and professional. I am happy to have my doctors at UCLA healthcare.

NOT impressed with this urgent care. Professionalism is questionable. I called the thousand oaks location yesterday to verify if they take Medi Cal. The receptionist said they do. She did not ask which type etc. The receptionist did NOT clarify that they DO NOT accept gold coast version. I then went out of my way to drive there for them to only clarify at the front desk. Then one of the receptionists with blonde hair laughed at me as i asked which UCLA locations take Medi Cal gold coast. I do not reccomend!

I had to come out to the boonies because there were no appointments available anywhere sooner. The staff here are all so friendly! The doctor was nice looking and nice as well. The doctor did a great job trying to see how he could help. The office is modern and clean. The lobby actually is inviting and has a view! The atmosphere is relaxing. It was all so quick and painless I absolutely did not mind the drive. There’s a lot of parking available in front.
