Tyler was great.Very professional and responsive.I would give 5 stars but the exterior drain flushing left a lost of dirt and debris on the concrete that I thought would have been cleaned up at the end.Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
Letter of recommendation for plumber Matthew.The one word I would use to describe Matthew’s work is “surgical”. I had a water leak in the garage which originated from the air conditioning condensation line in the attic 25 feet away. He removed the PVC condensation line which was leaking where it connected to the sink ventilation pipe. This connection was not to code. He cutout the improper connection, replaced the ABS ventilation pipe that was spewing foul odors into the attic and air conditioning and threaded a new condensation line to the bar sink drain in the bedroom below. Our kitchen sink was backed up. We tried to remedy the problem on our own to no avail. We called for the plumber and he arrived on time. He was able to figure out the problem within e few minutes a cleared the blockage. He was very polite and professional. He asked permission before entering any space in our home. I would highly recommend Richie.
