Our roof was 34 years old and Dave said it was time to replace the "paper" under our tile. The job took a week, and his crew cleaned up around the house at the end of every day. The workers were friendly and polite, and the new roof looks better than it did before! Price was competitive, and we now have a new roof for another 30 plus years!
Dave Dupree came out when we had some scattered leaks from heavy rains. He walked around on the roof for about 30 minutes, came down and showed pictures of the areas that needed repair. Then generated a very competitive quote! His team worked quickly, cleaned up, and not a sign of a leak through another heavy rain season. Highly recommend using South West Roofing if you need repairs in the Conejo Valley area.
Dave is knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk too. I choose him to do our roof based on his knowledge, detailed quote, and because he is a friendly local business. I'll update when the project is done!
