Planet Beauty has an amazing salesperson named Erica. She is the most helpful salesperson I ever met in a beauty supply store in Westlake Village or in LA. She knows everything about what every product does. She helps me with picking out the perfect shampoos, conditioners, make-up, and nail suggestions, and knows all about hair straightening irons. She knows in detail about every product I need to buy. With her joyful and caring personality, it's hard not to buy Everything she suggests. She really attends to every question. . Thank you Planet Beauty for hiring exceptional help who really care about your customers! So Grateful!

They had a 25% off sale on everything today and I bought so much stuff I wasn't planning on! Lol They have great customer service and sales pitch. I don't know if what they said about the products I bought are true, but I didn't mind spending over $100 with a free gift because they were so convincing and nice
