I really don't like to share my feedback however I must do it in this case. This was a great experience. I live in an old historic part of Santa Ana. Both Ezequiel and Juan took a lot of care during the installation process and went above and beyond. They were very professional and all-around nice guys. I am very happy with the job they did and their communication.
We came back from a trip to find water leaking from our water heater. The team (Jessica, Evan, & Juan C.) Was extremely professional and helpful. They cared to do a good quality job, and to ensure my budget was within reach. They accommodated for it all, and installed a new water heater.
I recommend them to anyone who experiences a water heater failure.
Excellent service. My 19-year old water heater needed to be replaced. Jennifer arranged for David to see me within a couple of hours. David explained to me exactly what was needed and what the cost options were. He started work immediately, and within a couple of hours I had a new water heater installed. I recommend Jennifer and David for their excellent service
