Joey showed up exactly as promised and was friendly and professional from the start. He explained very clearly the issues and potential issues with all of the options for repair and maintenance. I asked for a quote to replace the unit and he gave me one, and said that the work would still be completed that same day (in just a couple hours even). He did exactly as he promised and seemed very happy to be of service. If everyone at Payless performs their work with the same enthusiasm and precision as he did then they truly have themselves an outstanding company. Our hot water tank started leaking, I called Payless and was greeted warmly by Jessica, who promptly set up an appointment window. The Technician actually showed up 30 minutes early, then inspected the tank and confirmed that a change was needed, when I expressed my desire to know more on the tankless system, he proceeded to provide all explanations and answered all my doubts. Upon agreeing, he said that he had everything in his truck to start the job immediately! After about 4 hours we had our new tankless (on demand) hot water system installed and ready, see picture. I would definitely work with this family owned business again and will recommend their work as well.
Spenser was very professional. He explained to us all available options, provided very reasonable prices, and helped us to make a right decision. The installation work was done the same day. He also provided all necessary information for unit care and maintenance. Thank you!
