i cannot say enough good things about this tattoo shop.
me and my friend were visiting LA for holiday break. we decided we wanted to get tattoos and called a few places to see if they took walk ins.
we called a few places before palace art, and they were either closed or didn’t have availability.
when i called, zach picked up the phone and said they had availability. i told him what i was looking to get and he said it would only be $100!!! granted, it’s a smaller tattoo but such an incredible price for same day. so, we drove up the beautiful road from malibu to thousand oaks and got tattoos.

There was a miscommunication when my friend and I went to get a tattoo, but the owner said to comeback the next day and he would personally do them for us. A small business is only as good as its owner and I think this proves it’s a good business that you can trust. Blessed to be tattooed by the legend, thanks again Glenn.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience from start to finish. The shop is extremely clean, well-organized, and professional. Customer service was top-tier friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Glenn West was my tattoo artist and absolutely crushed it. Super professional, great attention to detail, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. Highly recommend this shop and especially Glenn if you’re looking for quality work and a great overall experience.
