I found her cleaning to be mediocre at best. She uses organic cleaners and they don't work. The house never looked or smelled clean. They miss ALOT of items such as empty the trash, vacuum a room, dusting. If you have wood floors don't expect for them to clean the corners. You will come home and find dust bunnies. I would come home and have to clean all the areas they missed. Her service was the worst I have ever experienced! They do speak english which is helpful but they do a horrible job cleaning.
