I am the spouse of a client. Los Robles Healthcare are very attentive and on task about getting my spouse situated and stable. Any and all needed and necessary equipment was quickly and efficiently ordered and delivered. The nurse is very communicative and thorough. The hygiene specialist is very on task and observant. The social worker is helpful and understanding. The coordinator is wonderful. She has been integral in the complete process and always available. I don't know if there is a better agency out there. I am very pleased and confident in their care services. Thank you to the team!
Highly recommend Los Robles Healthcare at Home! It is never an easy time when a family member needs home healthcare, but Los Robles has made it as seamless as possible. They call to schedule each appointment, and come when they say they will and provide knowledgeable and compassionate care. Every interaction has been great, honestly. Special thanks to nurses Megan and Kristen, occupational therapist Heather, physical therapist Ranju, speech therapist Derrick, and social worker Angela.
