I’ve been a customer of J. Michelle‘s since she opened in Thousand Oaks and have had such great experiences and services with her team. I love getting facials from her staff, they feel relaxing like a massage and the vibe in her space is super peaceful and calming. All of the technicians I’ve had are lovely.

I’ve been getting facials with Suzy for almost a year now, and she is amazing. I’ve also tried the massage a couple of times, and have enjoyed that. Jen, the owner is so sweet and accommodating. I also love the vibe of the salon. Not foofy, just welcoming, warm, and peaceful.

Jen is warm and very personable. She has created a beautiful space that makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. Laura was very professional and knowledgeable about botox/fillers. I highly recommend this wonderful place.
