I’ve been coming to Infusion for Health twice a week, every week for the past 8 years. It’s basically my home away from home. And some of the nurses are now my family. Denise has been my nurse since my first infusion. She’s been such a bright light during some of my darkest and sickest days, and I can’t imagine going through this without her. She’s also the best at accessing my port, which makes the infusion process way less painful and much less stressful. I look forward to my infusion days because I know Denise will be there waiting to give me a hug. Such a small gesture makes a world of a difference in the life of someone who’s battling illness. She’s simply the best.

This place was a definite 5 for the handful of years I went for my monthly infusion. Great staff; great receptionist. And I always paid my copay at the time of visit. Until very recently when I received bills for the past year’s appointments in which I was charged over $200 for “in home visit- 2 hrs”. 1. I never had anyone come to my house: and 2. I called billing and come to find out that description is deceptive because it was explained to me as an “administrative fee” (fraudulent misrepresentation).
I was NEVER before charged this in all the time I was a patient at Infusion for Health and was never notified or made aware that these charges were forthcoming. They told me to call my insurance. Needless to say, neither contact bore fruit. No definitive or direct, conclusive answers from them or insurance. I ended up paying the $200+ fees because $200 isn’t the end of the world, but I surely intended to follow up with a cautionary review. Hopefully this helps others and makes my $200 well spent.

Very torn on my review here. The clinic staff is incredible!! The scheduling staff however is beyond incompetent. Being charged a no show fee for an appointment that they only confirmed AFTER my doctor told them I could not receive treatment at that time and then I followed up with them to make sure they understood is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Stay away from this company. The pre-auth and billing dept are totally inadequate. We changed my husband’s insurance and gave them the info in November. We thought everything was a go only to find out the Friday before his Monday appointment that it wasn’t. My husband had to miss an infusion. Our pre-auth was denied as they didn’t give Humana the correct info. My doctor’s MA is doing their job trying to get this all sorted out.
Last year I was on the phone constantly trying to get his claims processed. There finally found IT had to make a software change.
Good luck getting anyone to call you back in this company. My doctor’s office is also tired of dealing with their incompetence. Find another infusion company. It isn’t worth the stress we have been going through

Didn’t love my appt being cancelled with no notice, then pushed back. Absolutely zero concern on their end for the significance of my treatment. This isn’t a haircut. People rely on these infusions.

My husband had a great experience at Infusion Health. He enjoyed the free treats and water in the waiting room. His nurse, Lynn, is kind, knowledgeable and professional. The room was very comfortable almost like a spa. My husband will be happy to return.
