If I could give zero stars, I would. The work performed was sloppy, the attention to detail was lacking, and the entire experience felt unprofessional from start to finish. We trusted this company with a client’s property, and they failed to deliver the quality you’d expect from a professional installer. What was most disappointing wasn’t just the poor workmanship—it was the lack of accountability afterward. I can’t recommend a business that leaves customers to deal with the consequences of their mistakes. Spend your money elsewhere.

Do not use this company. We ordered a certain product, he brought a completely different one that is 25% less expensive and made excuses of why he installed the wrong product about his account being suspended. It looks terrible, it is a very strong bronze tint and we wanted the Ultra clear 70. So now my windows from inside look terrible. Then some he installed have large bubbles and he said he would give us a discount, we are replacing the tint due to scratches on our old one so large bubbles 1.5 inches by 5 inches in the middle of your eye sight will not work. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Despite clear instructions, they failed to complete the work properly, resulting in significant additional costs for my company to fix their mistakes.

When I tried to address the issue, their representative was disrespectful, rude, and refused to engage in a constructive conversation. To make matters worse, I received over 100 harassing and bullying messages from them, including language that felt threatening. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
