Cici is great! We had moved here from LA and was looking for a yoga class for my then 3 year old son. Cici invited us for a class to see how he did and we've been going there ever since! My son loves learning the yoga poses and Cici has been so patient with him. I would highly recommend this studio for both kids and adults. Cici also does a lot of community outreach. You can tell she really cares and goes beyond expectations to spread the teachings of yoga and meditation.

~ HARMONY, ZEN, PEACEFUL, AMAZING ~ All great adjectives to describe this small boutique yoga studio. It is clean, decorated colorfully, and offers a variety of classes. I didn't expect much after signing up through ClassPass but am happy to report I'm 5 classes in and still loving it. I regularly attend intense hot yoga at nearby studios, but love the focus on the art of the practice and gentleness here at Harmony Family Yoga. I really enjoyed the Gentle Yoga with SoundBath class with Cici Bo. She's a great instructor and has such a calming presence. Harmony family yoga is perfect for beginners or those far into their practice, definitely drop by!

My daughter and I had a great time doing toddler yoga (which is mostly me doing yoga and my 15 month old playing with the yoga equipment). She loves the yoga balls and Cici makes the class fun and engaging for both me and my little. Excited for our next class and also to try bunny yoga with the whole fam!
