“First time lip filler experience I wanted something extremely natural. We went with a little under 1 ml with Lovell and opted for the topical numbing cream. Pain was 5/10 but I'm also low tolerant to pain. I have to admit that my lips were very swollen post injection as expected but I still panicked! Lovell and staff were incredibly reassuring and supportive throughout the week post injection. Making sure they were available and even scheduled me to come back in to follow up and reassure some more. Once the swelling came down and the filler started to settle in the end result was exactly what I was looking for. People wouldn't be able to tell I have any filler in my lips. “I needed a place to make my thick eyebrows less bushy and some of the other places I normally visit closes on Sundays. My experience was what I had expected for a place inside a mall. It was empty, and the only person working was a woman who looked like she had just woken up. But to my surprise, she did a great job! My eyebrows looked cleaned up, and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Excluding tip, the eyebrow threading was $12, so if you're a dude who's looking for a quick and affordable service, this is the place for you. Just don't expect any small talk or warm fuzzies.“

“I can't recommend Erin Esgate enough. She does a wonderful job of making me feel in control of my own health by providing thorough explanations and presenting me with options where applicable. She always makes me feel comfortable and is patient in answering my questions. She's able to communicate medical concepts in a way that is easy for me to understand.

Erin is also incredibly knowledgeable. She recently had to refer me to specialists for some symptoms I was having and did so with a suggestion for what the specialists should test for. I've since learned that the condition she suggested is one that can take multiple years for people to get diagnosed because so few medical practitioners are very familiar with it and the symptoms can be confusing. Thanks to Erin, I was able to flag this for the specialists and get my diagnosis much more quickly than may have otherwise been possible.

The rest of the office is great too. The nurses/staff are always friendly and helpful. I've also had positive experiences with Dr. Jonathan Rosaasen and Taelor Young in the past.“
