Well kept gym with engaging and encouraging coaches. Barb and her team keep the gym very neat, tidy, and clean. Additionally, the coaches check in with you on a regular basis about how your workout is going and gives you tips to help customize the workout to your needs. Between the clean environment and the ever helpful coaches, this gym is an enjoyable environment to workout in.
