I'm visiting from out of town but wanted to keep up with my acupuncture for fertility. Lauren and Angelo were so welcoming, supportive, and genuinely compassionate. Excellent providers and a very calming clinic!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lauren! From the moment I walk through the door, I feel calmer and completely at ease. Lauren is so knowledgable and truly takes the time to listen. Every session feels thoughtful, personalized and supportive.
What I love most is her holistic approach. She doesn’t just focus on symptoms, but really looks at the bigger picture, including my lifestyle, sensitivities and menstrual cycle. She also offers thorough guidance on supplements and nutrition.
I always leave feeling better, both physically and mentally. I’m so grateful to have found such a caring and attentive practitioner.
Every session with Angelo is like a spa visit. The vibe is so calming. I started at Espiritu for allergy issues but any other problem that I mention, Angelo is quick to address. I wish I had started treatments much sooner! I always look forward to my treatments.
