Took a hybrid to Electric Ave for a pre-purchase inspection. The entire experience was seamless -- Nathan was easy to communicate with, did the inspection in the time he said it would take, and explained the results to us patiently. Helped me spot an issue with my hybrid battery enclosure filer. Cleaned it for me and since it was minor didn't charge for the helpful service. We have two hybrids and will definitely think of them first next time an issue appears.
