Five stars all the way for Steve Kincaid with Crystal Home Inspections. I have been recommending Steve to my buyers for a handful of years and for good reason. Steve is extremely thorough, but not an alarmist. Always accessible by phone to answer questions and explain information on the reports. He does wonderful walk-throughs with the clients and even has a great sense of humor. Agents should add Steve to the recommendation list and homebuyers should feel comfortable trusting this reputable company for their inspection needs.

The inspector was extremely thorough and gave us a summery before promptly producing the report. Considering the clarity of the report and the careful and professional work of the inspector, I consider this a great value.

He equips you with knowledge of anything from serious problems to minor fix it issues all the while allowing us as buyers to make the final decision.
