A couple years after purchasing, I needed to re-use the inspection report for insurance purposes, and found a very small error in the report. Within hours, they responded and corrected the issue, on a report they processed 2 years ago… incredible. They’ve been professional, timely, and reasonably priced. Five stars all the way for Steve Kincaid with Crystal Home Inspections. I have been recommending Steve to my buyers for a handful of years and for good reason. Steve is extremely thorough, but not an alarmist. Always accessible by phone to answer questions and explain information on the reports. He does wonderful walk-throughs with the clients and even has a great sense of humor. Agents should add Steve to the recommendation list and homebuyers should feel comfortable trusting this reputable company for their inspection needs.
