There were particular challenges for our mini split dual install at our sound recording studio. Everything had to be installed in a specific order and within a certain deadline. I had a great experience with Joaquin from Calypso Heating & Air. He was very honest and answered all my questions regarding my AC unit. He cleaned out my filter and added coolant which helped lower the temperature and he gave me good tips on how to keep the unit working properly. He has a very positive attitude and was very personable.
I also really liked that the company called me in advance to make sure I would be home, I had to take my son to physical therapy and they were able to accommodate me after.
