The staff are **gentle** and **kind**. However, some patients have expressed frustration with the long wait times, even with appointments. They suggest booking appointments several weeks in advance. Additionally, there have been complaints about the limited seating in the urgent care area.
I very much want to give them 5 stars but the time between appointments is absolutely brutal.
I went in with some dread because I've seen some reviews on here. My appointment was at 2:30 and I showed up at 2:00. I was escourted inside by 2:15 and was talking to the doctor around 2:40. For 15 minutes she listened to me explain all of my issues (which were a lot) and educated me on some of the questions I had. To my surprised she, Dr. Seema Raheel, remembered *everything* I said to her and was empathetic the entire time. Dr. Dana Howard provides excellent care! She is welcoming, attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and timely. Her expertise as a doctor is evident, extending outstanding patient support. Dr. Howard is thorough and aggressively responsive toward exploring what's needed to achieve healing. I was not well at all when seeing her, and left feeling I had quality care. Her staff are gentle and kind. I'm at peace knowing I'm in great hands. The office experience in general was smooth, too.
I have seen several doctors at this facility. I've been a long time Medi cal patient. I was with Dr Ted garden for over 20 years switched to being very unhappy his service past 3 yrs felt he just didn't have time to really focus probably was over worked. I waited almost 3 yrs for a needed back surgery needed Dr to focus on me Dr Dana Howard is the best
