I have been a patient here for about 7yrs and have seen a lot of changes here. I was at one time looking for another infusion center. I think the staff you have now is doing a good job finally. Please let them do what they do . They do not need to be micro managed. You have lost many good staff due to that.

If you need an infusion, Infusion for Health in Thousand Oaks is the place to go! Their offices are clean and comfortable and nicely appointed, and they offer snacks, drinks and warm blankets for extra comfort. Infusions are done in spacious, quiet, private rooms in comfy recliners. The staff is very friendly, helpful, competent and understanding. The receptionist is great and Shawna the head nurse is fantastic!

There are nurses and staff here at the Thousand Oaks Center that are absolutely amazing and so friendly and superior in their care. We especially commend Cecilia, RN, Denise RN, and the sweet receptionist, Margaret. The nurse Manager Taylor was very receptive to listening to my comments and frustrations with the call center and I appreciate that she listened and would take my concerns up to management. It is very frustrating to not be able to communicate with the Thousand Oaks Infusion Center directly and find out about your next appointment or other infusion concerns.
