Invision Customs
“I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Invision Customs! I had my Tesla tinted with XPEL PRIME XR Plus, and the quality of the work is outstanding. The installation is absolutely flawless—no dust, bubbles, or imperfections—and the car looks amazing.
A huge thank you to Kex, the owner. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the tint options, answered every question I had, and made sure I chose the right setup for my needs. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in the quality of his shop’s work.
The difference in heat rejection and glare reduction is noticeable right away, and the overall look of the car is exactly what I was hoping for.
If you’re looking for a tint shop that does exceptional work and stands behind it, I highly recommend Invision Customs. Ask for Kex—you’ll be in great hands!”
Jacy Auto Detail | Window Tint, PPF & Ceramic Coating
“I had an excellent experience with Ceramic Pro Simi Valley/ Jacy Auto Detail and highly recommend them.
With the recent heat wave in Southern California, I wanted to have my windows tinted as soon as possible. Several other shops were already fully booked for Saturday appointments, but Caleb was kind enough to fit me into the schedule. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me make the right decision rather than simply making a sale.
I had received a lower quote from another shop and mentioned it to Caleb. Instead of dismissing it, he took the time to discuss my options and worked with me on the pricing so I could move forward without having to compromise on quality. That level of customer service and willingness to earn my business meant a great deal to me.
Initially, I was considering carbon tint, but Caleb and his staff patiently explained the advantages of ceramic tint, especially its superior heat rejection during our recent extreme temperatures. They even showed me another vehicle with ceramic tint so I could see the difference for myself. That helped me make an informed decision with confidence.
I would also like to recognize Jorge, who worked on my car. Even while I was still deciding, he remained patient, professional, and never rushed me. His workmanship was excellent, and the installation was flawless.
A special thank you to Phoebe as well. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to demonstrate how paint correction could improve the appearance of my vehicle by polishing a small section of the hood. There was absolutely no pressure—just honest advice and outstanding customer service.
The ceramic tint has made a noticeable difference. My car stays much cooler inside, I don’t have to run the air conditioning nearly as high, and I no longer feel the intense heat coming through the windows during these hot Southern California days.
What impressed me most wasn’t just the quality of the work, but the professionalism, honesty, patience, and genuine care shown by the entire team. Thank you, Caleb, Jorge, and Phoebe, for making this such a positive experience. I highly recommend Ceramic Pro to anyone looking for quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and a business that truly values its customers.”
