I have been to better nail places. The service here was just ok, but for the rates that they charge I was expecting more careful application of polish covering the whole nail. My daughter got a gel manicure in RED and for heaven's sake it was not a clean application. What I found is that the female manicurist did a very careful and clean application on the pedicure and design. The two males did a fast/unclean job on both of us and they kept trying to upsell us on services that we did not want. They asked two and three times and there was definitely a communication problem. What a gem of a place! I initially went to Nailed It, a nice looking nail salon across the street, but it was empty and locked up at 5pm, even though all the posted hours showed that it should've been open. They put cards with a phone number outside the door and when I called it, the Capri Nail Salon answered, so maybe it's owned by the same person? Anyway, I went to Capri Nail Salon and got a mani-pedi. Such a lovely experience! They don't seem really rushed, taking time for a nice massage and did a great job on the nail painting, all for a very reasonable price! I have been a long time customer and can safely say I will never go back. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt and know the employees are just trying to make a living but I just had the worst manicure and had to stop the guy I didn't even get polish and they refused to give me any form of discount. And made me pay full price. I will never ever be going back here. The woman did callus remover on my feet and went way too far and now I can barely walk. Just overall laziness what a terrible experience there are plenty of other nail salons to go
