2636 Conejo Center Dr, Thousand Oaks

“Our family has used Focil Construction twice in the last two years. We are very happy with the final product and encourage you to consider them for your remodel needs!

We first remodeled two bathrooms in 2024 and then just completed an additional two bathrooms last week. These were not basic remodels as we had very specific wants and needs- doorways were widened, walls moved, they needed to cut into the cross tension cables embedded in our cement floor to allow for needed shower work, etc. All work was carefully completed and all stages were permitted by our city.

Pep and his team were very responsive to any concerns we had (a normal part of construction) and they really cared about our projects!

Give them a call!”

“The contractor was on time and finished the deck project in a reasonable time frame. There were some minor punch list items at end of the project. The contractor came back and completed the work. I would recommend this contractor.”

Interior Reflections, Inc.

1951 Galt St, Simi Valley

“I highly recommend Cathryn for kitchen remodels! I had hired a design-build team, but they kept coming up with kitchen designs that didn’t reflect what we needed, like a walk-in pantry and a good kitchen flow. Before interior reflections, I was getting designs with two kitchen islands or one big island where you had to walk 8 feet around a huge island to get to the refrigerator or reach the sink — super impractical! Cathryn's layout was not only a better functional design but also more cost-effective. Thank you, Cathryn, for listening to our needs and coming up with options that made sense!”
