Doctors are lovely but per usual at most offices the front people are rude. Missed an appointment and apologized for my mistake but they decided to fire me I guess. Stopped sending reminders for vaccinations and flea medication etc as well as removed my pet from their app and I can no longer access my pets vaccination history etc. Petty.

My labradoodle had 12 puppies and we had the unfortunate event that they contracted Parvo. I firmly believe that had I not taken them to Animal Hospital of Thousand Oaks very few of them would have survived. The care and compassion that I received from Dr. Safian and Dr. Bass was incredible!! They were able to work quickly to see all of the pups and created a treatment plan for me that was easy to follow. I found that these vets were most up-to-date on treatment protocols in the area and were incredibly helpful in explaining the whys behind their treatment. The staff was supportive and efficient. I'll be forever grateful to this amazing team!!
