We just had the first of two annual maintenance inspections by Airmax this past week. The maintenance inspector was Pedro. I just can’t say enough about how knowledgeable and informative about our system Pedro was. He thoroughly explained all facets of our four year old Lennox system and the Lennox warranty. I have requested Pedro for all future maintenance inspectins and maintenence going forward. Thank you Pedro!
Ben was a professional through and through; he arrived on time with a positive demeanor and worked diligently to diagnose our HVAC unit. He made sure we fully understood the work that needed to be done, without pressuring us, to keep our unit in tip top shape.
The people at Air Max are great. Very responsive and on time. My technician, Pedro, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem within an hour or so. Highly recommend.
