Chad was helpful and knowledgable with HVAC systems, knows what parts of my particular AC system was proprietary and what’s not. His tip on adding a soft-start to reduce the kWh demand curve was on point. The only thing I can ding him on was not fully unplugging the black safety switch. You need to pull it out completely, not leave it in there while trying to discharge the capacitor. I had to kill it from the circuit breaker. Chad understood my complaints how modern products continue to infringe on the owner’s right to own, right to repair, how the EPA forces new (slightly flammable) refrigerants every few years to make AC systems more complicated than they need to... read full review
Daniel and his crew were professional, courteous, and considerate. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions, did a nice job on the install and cleaned up when the job was done.
