Jason, who came out to give me an estimate was so friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He gave us a quote on the costs for repairs vs replacement. After he diagnosed our equipments, he was honest that our units were reparable and a replacement was not at all necessary. Since our units were 24 yo, we decided to go a head and replace both units.
