“Dave Ormonde is a superb builder and a fine human being. You will enjoy working with Dave. He is the first contractor I've met that just sharpens his pencil and gives you exact numbers on pricing, and then he sticks to them. HIs build quality is excellent and he caught several engineering issues (e.g. undersized beams) during construction. He built our custom house (2600s.f.) in the hills west of Atascadero in 2006. Best builder in the county.”
“Frank and his team did a beautiful job remodeling two bathrooms and performing other work at our home. He is a considerate and conscientious contractor and his advice was always spot-on. He addressed all concerns we had along the way. We are enjoying all the improvements to our home and highly praise Frank and Central Pacific.”
“Wilber have done several jobs on my property over the last few years, with the most recent being last week and they’ve done 5 star job every time! I highly recommend Wilber Construction. They graded a tough slope for an ADU, built a stem wall foundation, new septic, concrete retaining wall and driveway. Completely happy with all their work!”
