“I was referred to Wilber Construction for the over excavation and concrete work for our new Events Venue/VRBO/Residence by Nerelli Welding. This was after another contractor failed to complete the scope they began. We couldn't be more satisfied with the response, professionalism, quality of work and the time frame in which the work was completed. Wilber completed the pad preparation, poured footings and slab for our 4,300 square foot residence and performed miscellaneous grading.
