“We had our Furnace stop running and powering our thermostat, with the temps in Feb. That would have left the house in the low 50's by morning . Unable to diagnose the issue we called Pacific Air around 3p on a Tuesday. The technician that answered, Zach's day had already ended but he was willing to stop by and see if it was a simple problem he could fix without his work truck. That was such a a kind move and sure enough he had the issue diagnosed and fixed in minutes and even waited much longer to let the thermostat charge and really make sure the job was totally done. Super knowledgeable and friendly they will be our go to HVAC. Their prices were reasonable and $140 was a bargain considering a half dozen other HVAC companies weren't even going to see us til Wednesday or Thursday. Thanks Pacific Air.“

“Met Jerry and his son at the mid state fair in August. They had a nice booth and educated me about whole house fans. I had no idea how efficient and affordable they are nowadays (had old school fan years ago). After about 15 mins at the fair I decided I wanted to schedule an inspection. “I lost my heat Christmas Eve this year and I just returned home after 2 years at a cancer treatment center and bring cold was very worrisome . No one was available until several days after Christmas. Messages were left at various HVAC companies but Kenneth’s responded 12/26 and sent someone out that day. My heater was fixed and I found everyone I spoke with to be very kind and polite! Most of all willing to fix my system and for a reasonable cost.
