I fully enjoyed the ordering/manufacturing process and it was totally worth the wait. These hard workers caught my order, then cut the fabric and sewed the garment just for me, that still trips me out. It's not tailored to my proportions, but it feels custom made and I really dig that part.
I didn't have any trouble with my order, but I was afforded an opportunity to learn about Railcar's excellent customer service. I reached out with a question and had prompt, friendly exchanges with the owners.
So after just one purchase, I feel loyal to this company and I'm eager for my next neat gear selection.

I am getting my dress custom made in Oaxaca, but since I cannot fly to Oaxaca for a fitting, Mary offered to fit and tailor me when I explained my situation! She is such a sweetheart and very professional. She asked qualifying questions, like to show her the style of dress and how high will my heels be. She took extra measurements, just in case they needed specifics. She made sure I understood her markings so that I can explain them to my Oaxaqueña seamstress.
